Standard Delivery
All UK orders go using the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For service.
Our Standard Delivery cost is £3.49
Standard Delivery is available on all mainland UK orders below 15kg.
Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order [Excluding Weekends]
If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbor, or in a safe place (if they think it is safe to do so). A calling card will be left to let you know this has been done.
If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbor, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can arrange re-delivery.
Next Day Delivery (Mon – Fri)
Our Next Day Delivery (Mon – Fri) option is offered through DHL and only available for UK Mainland.
It is priced at £5.95. The maximum weight per parcel is 30kg.
Orders placed with Next Day Delivery are dispatched the same day using an overnight delivery carrier.
In most cases when the order has been placed by 2pm delivery takes place the following day subject to stock availability and payment checks.
Please note that this only applies to orders placed between Monday and Thursday.
Orders placed after Thursday 2pm will most likely be dispatched on Monday and so delivery is likely take place on Tuesday.
Europe & International Delivery
Delivery charges to Europe and the rest of the world will vary depending on the weight, contents and destination of your order.
Delivery is typically within 5 – 10 working days following dispatch.
